Where is my order?
Check your email for a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago and you have not received tracking yet, it is likely still being processed. Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. If your tracking has not updated in 3+ days, email us your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
My product arrived damaged
Email support@shroompens.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
I want to return an unopened product
Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us with the subject “Return Request,” your order number, and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with return instructions within 24 hours. See our full Shipping and Returns policy for details.
