Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

We ship all orders from within the United States. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the following business day.

All delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

You receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details immediately after checkout.

Order Packed (Same Day if Before 2 PM EST)

Your items are picked, inspected, and packed in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions.

Shipped with Tracking

You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your package in real time through the carrier’s website.

Delivered to Your Door

Your order arrives in a plain box or padded mailer. No logos, no product names visible. Your privacy is protected from checkout to doorstep.

Discreet Packaging Details

Every order ships in plain packaging. The exterior of the box or mailer contains no references to ShroomPens, mushrooms, vaping, or any product details. The return address uses a generic business name. Order receipts and invoices are sent by email only and are never included inside the package.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. All products are federally legal and compliant with applicable regulations. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return and Refund Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Here is our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong products, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shroompens.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Unopened Product Returns

Sealed, unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

What We Cannot Accept

Due to the consumable nature of vape products, we are unable to accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with. This policy exists for the safety and hygiene of all customers.

How to Start a Return

Email support@shroompens.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a shipping address.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency refunds are processed at the current exchange rate at the time of the refund.
